Uber Payments Team
Working for the Uber Payments team across all Uber products involved designing seamless payment systems, managing transactions, and integrating with financial partners. My focus was on improving the reliability and flexibility of payment flows for riders, drivers and merchants, designing experiences that support complex financial operations at scale.
Heineken Draught Competition
A mobile app was designed to support Heineken’s Star Quality Team in delivering on-site bartender training and strengthening brand engagement at major events. The platform focuses on promoting beer quality standards and enriching live experiences for participants and visitors.

Spie Start
As a European leader in multi-technical services, Spie supports industries, infrastructure and buildings with engineering, installation and maintenance solutions. Many employees, especially on-site workers without regular computer access, faced challenges logging their hours efficiently. To address this, a mobile-first time tracking tool was designed to make the process faster, more intuitive and accessible for all employees.

NHG Design System
As the provider of a government-backed safety net for homeowners, Nationale Hypotheek Garantie (NHG) manages mortgage support processes through a digital platform used by staff and external partners. To improve consistency and usability across all internal and external tools, a new design system was created to deliver a more cohesive and scalable digital experience.

GGD Contact
To support COVID-19 source and contact investigations, a secure and user-friendly digital solution was developed for the GGD. We designed a web portal and mobile application (iOS and Android) that helped speed up the investigation process while meeting strict privacy and security requirements. The design ensured that citizens could easily share relevant information and that GGD staff could manage investigations more efficiently.

Sitedish Multi-Platform Product Design
A complete management platform was designed for delivery and takeaway restaurants, combining online ordering, POS systems, delivery management and QR ordering into one solution. To create a seamless and intuitive experience across all touchpoints, customizable white-label templates were introduced for restaurant websites, alongside a full redesign of the dashboard, POS interface, delivery software and self-service kiosks.

bol.com Design Sprint
One of the largest e-commerce platforms in the Netherlands, relying on a wide network of third-party partners to fulfill orders. The challenge was to reduce the number of partners failing to meet their promised delivery times by 50%, which impacted customer satisfaction. To address this, bol.com organized a one-week Design Sprint to explore the problem, generate ideas, and test a potential solution with users.

Citymarketing Breda Website
To attract more visitors who stay longer and spend more, a new city website was designed around five main themes: Food, Culture, Shopping, Sports and Family. Visitors can explore activities, events and articles through a magazine-style experience, supported by smart filtering options for category and date. Each activity page automatically adjusts its look to match its theme, creating a lively and consistent digital city guide.

De Kweker E-commerce Website
To create a more seamless and welcoming online experience for food professionals, De Kweker, a major food wholesaler in Amsterdam and part of Sligro, redesigned its digital platform. The new journey supports both new visitors and returning power users with fast navigation and flexible ordering options. Product pages were expanded to include nutritional values, allergens and related product suggestions, while modular segment landing pages were introduced to target different professional groups. The overall digital look and feel was refined to reinforce a high-quality brand positioning.

Tempo-Team Job Seeking Website
To make it easier for users to find and apply for jobs, we improved the website. The search experience was redesigned with clear filters and flexible job cards displaying key information such as location, working hours and company details. Vacancies were given a consistent structure with additional sections highlighting employer culture through photos, testimonials and perks. A dedicated employer page was introduced to give users a better sense of the workplace, and the application process was simplified into clear, breakable steps to reduce drop-off.

Making buying a car transparent, fun, and easy, fully online. For the new website of auto.nl, we created a homepage focused on quick orientation, allowing users to search by keywords and popular filters. The search page presents cars clearly, with all key information immediately visible. On the detail page, the car takes center stage, with strong emphasis on photography and color details, helping users assess their future car with confidence.
